Refund & Shipping Policy

At MyLife Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for health and safety reasons, all sales are generally considered final. Please review the policy below before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, we do not accept returns or offer refunds based on personal preference, taste, results, change of mind, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with a product.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise contains an error caused by MyLife Wellness. Any such issues must be reported within 3 days of the recorded delivery date.

To request assistance, please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label if applicable.

Failure to provide requested documentation within this timeframe may result in denial of your claim.

MyLife Wellness reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, replacements, or credits on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns of:

  • All dietary supplements, whether opened or unopened, for health and safety reasons.
  • Opened or used products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer handling.

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 4–5 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control. Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. MyLife Wellness is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve the package, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed by the shipping carrier as lost in transit and is not marked as delivered, please contact us. We may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement shipment or other resolution after reviewing the carrier’s tracking information and claim status.

Shipping Delays

MyLife Wellness is not liable for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, natural disasters, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
